As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be expected to achieve this objective.

The position is located in our head office in Brussels.

What is a CORPORATE RECRUITER at Cream?

As Corporate Recruiter you integrate the Talent Acquisition Team. Your mission is recruiting inspiring teams to build Cream’s future.

You are responsible for the complete hiring process of front office (or business) functions: from Recruiters and Business Managers up to directors and Country Managers adn back offcie functions (HR officer, marketing, IT, finance…):

  • In close collaboration with executive committee, you draft, propose, pilot and implement the Corporate Recruitment Strategy
  • You create and provide innovative and efficiency solutions to approach best talents: direct approach, networking, events, job boards…
  • You are in charge of all the corporate’s offers: from their creation to the management of the applications
  • You develop a selection process depending on Company’s criteria
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for yourself and senior management
  • You are responsible with other members of Talent acquisition team for:
  • Leverage our existing network: develop and maintain long-term relationships with talents
  • Develop our employer branding according to our strategy
  • Implement our campus management strategy: job fairs, workshops, campus ambassadors…

How we imagine our future CORPORATE RECRUITER?

  • You have a Master Degree
  • You have a first experience in recruitment or headhunting and you want to continue in this field, you are passionate about it!
  • You are the link between talents and Cream so you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively and creatively
  • You have the ability to work in a stimulating environment and meet targets: you will be 100% part of the achievement of our corporate strategy so you aren’t afraid about meeting objectives
  • You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
