Reducing our environmental impact
Recognizing the challenges posed by climate change, we are committed to gradually reducing the carbon footprint of our operations, particularly by improving our internal practices. This initiative is part of a process of continuous improvement that is being implemented across Cream.
đźš— Initiate the transition of our vehicle fleet to electric and hybrid solutions to reduce emissions from our business travel.

Governance that supports a sustainable growth
As Cream continues to grow, we remain committed to maintain a strong governance framework built on transparency, accountability, and business ethics. We promote responsible practices across all our activities through compliance measures, anti-corruption policies, and data protection standards. Some examples of our initiatives
On May 31, 2026, 13 Creamers ran the Brussels 20K to support the @home shelter run by the nonprofit organization Les Petits Riens.
Every year, our volunteering service organizes a collect of non-perishable food items for the ASBL Arc-en-ciel.
Our “Creamer for a Day” event gives students and recent graduates the opportunity to spend half a day working alongside our consultants.
