After spending 14 years working in the banking industry, I reached a point in my life (at the age of 40) where I was looking for a fresh challenge. I believed that consulting could provide me with an opportunity to utilise my skills and knowledge in a new setting.

When I learned about Cream, a company that was the right size (human size) and had diverse clients and industries, I recognised the chance to expand my skills and acquire new perspectives.

Then a Business Manager identified a mission for me that was in a completely different area: Consumer protection. By accommodating my desire to transition into a new work environment, Cream showed a commitment to understanding and addressing the needs and preferences of its staff. This fostered a more transparent and inclusive organisational culture where employees feel heard and understood, which is why I am thrilled to be a part of Cream and writing this testimony.
