Since I have started working at Cream, I have always been inspired by Cream’s intrapreneurship culture and have wanted to be involved in Cream’s development, aside from my consultant role. This has led me to invest myself in several internal activities, mainly in the creation of the Data Tribe, the first practice within Cream! 2 years after the creation of the Data Tribe, I have become an associate with the mandate to animate the tribe and take it to the next level. Today, I want to look back at how I’ve grown into an Associate…

Feeling fully aligned with Cream’s values and culture, it felt natural for me to offer support on internal projects such as the Consultant Development Path project or taking up new roles, such as the role of Mentor. All of this without forgetting of course my initial role: consultant! But I was willing to do more. Launching the Data Tribe (community of data experts within Cream) was the perfect step for me and it has been my playing field for the past 2 years. I have learned so much thanks to this project: I have discovered more in-depth the large world of Data, I have been able to apply Cream’s methodologies, develop project management, management, and leadership skills, and even discover more about myself. Now, I am delighted to have the opportunity to go further in the development of the tribe, through the role of Associate, which will allow me to focus on its strategy, organization, and much more.

But for me, becoming an Associate isn’t only about working on internal projects within Cream, it is more. It also means being an Ambassador of Cream’s values, being able to challenge myself and what I believe to continuously grow, finding the right balance between my different roles (consultant, data tribe lead, mentor) and always remaining as positive and motivated as possible in all situations, even in these strange times…

I am very proud of this new step in my career and I can’t wait to see where this will lead me!
