What is the job all about? 


As a Business Recruiter, you will be expected to fulfill this objective.



Key responsibilities:

  1. Handle your own clients’ requests: recruitment, selection, and commercial offer to the client. Becoming senior in the position, you will also attend meeting with the client and the consultant

  2. Regarding the strategy, write job offers and post them on appropriate channels

  3. Find and approach best candidates using different channels (Monster, LinkedIn…)

  4. Analyze applications

  5. Organize and schedule interviews for yourself and for business managers

  6. Evaluate candidates with specific KPI’s


In collaboration with business managers:

  1. Find candidates regarding clients’ requests and adapt the sourcing in function

  2. Anticipate future clients’ needs and set up tools to attract candidates

  3. Accompany, if needed, business managers to meet clients

  4. Be the point of contact between candidates and business managers: feedback, update, and availabilities among others


In collaboration with the recruitment team:

  1. Ensure recruitment activity serves Cream strategy and targets

  2. Design and update dashboards in order to keep an efficient and collaborative recruitment activity

  3. Define processes on recruitment activities for knowledge management

  4. Organize and animate daily and weekly meetings


What is Cream looking for? 


  1. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively and creatively: you will be first line contact between candidates and Cream!

  2. You have the ability to work in a stimulating environment and meet targets: you will be 100% part of the business development activity.

  3. You have good organizational and administrative skills: you will be responsible for your work and Cream relies on you!

  4. You have a Master degree related to Human Resources

  5. You just graduated or you have a 1st experience in recruitment (preferably with technical or IT profiles) 

  6. You speak perfect English (mandatory) and French (mandatory)

  7. You already worked in a company dealing with IT or you are passionate about IT

  8. You master IT Office tools

As this role will offer you a high level of autonomy, you must be able to work with minimum supervision and be a pro-active and attentive professional who by making the role his or her own can really run with it.

This is ultimately a role for someone who can be innovative, think out-of-the-box and has the motivation to hit the ground running.

You will also have to offer advice to a demanding team and establish and animate a Recruitment strategy.
